This is a good quality pan for making jelly rolls. It is a quality, heavy weight pan similar to a higher end name brand pan. I made a pumpkin roll and it baked nice and evenly. It was very moist. Ir washed well. I am very happy with this purchase and am sure I will get many years of use from it.

These are really well maid, they are of professional quality, no warping and they cleaned up with just a sponge, the textured bottom is a really nice feature, it left a neat imprint on the bottom of the shortbread baked on them. This size is perfect for a Texas sheet cake recipe.

The jelly roll pan i s a good pan, but it does warp at 400 degrees. Other than that, it performs well and cleans ip nicely. Not a bad pan for the money.
