I attached this hook to my pool extension pole to retrieve my cleaning robot from my pool. It does an excellent job. It is made from hard plastic so keep in mind it's for grabbing and retrieving not for picking up. Once I get the robot to the surface of the pool I grab the robot and set the pole with the hook down, it's done it's job. Very pleased with it.

I've tried this hook now with four bots. It was strong enough to pull even my largest out of the water. Reducing wear and tear on your corded bots by pulling them up with the hook is a great way to increase longevity and enhance your investment.Well made, solid construction and easy to put on and off the poles.

Does just what it is supposed to, fits onto our pole and helps to grab the robot pool cleaner out when the batteries die and it is in the deep end.

I ordered this ‘Robotic Pool Cleaner Hook for Poles’ to use to make it easier to retrieve my Dolphin pool cleaner from the bottom of the pool. When he decides to quit in tge deep end, getting him out is a big chore.This ‘Robotic Pool Cleaner Hook for Poles’ would be fine…if it fit the handle on my pool cleaner. The hook is just too big, and it next to impossible to get it to hook my cleaner without actually being rig on top of it. The hook needs to be opened up a little more.In addition, the clip that holds this ‘Robotic Pool Cleaner Hook for Poles’ to my the pool is very flimsy. It has no real ‘spring’ to it, and just ends up getting stuck in the neck of the hook. Luckily, I had some better clips on hand.I like the idea of this ‘Robotic Pool Cleaner Hook for Poles’. But this particular one is poorly designed and cheaply made. I cannot recommend it.

I attached this hook to the handle end of my telescoping pole. Simply drilled a couple holes on the handle end of my pole, works great. Before I had this, I'd sometimes have to assist my robot by pulling it up by the cord. This can damage the cord, so this hook is a must.
