We had ordered a few different belts ( all claiming the same model number would fit) but these REALLY did! Keep in mind as you are installing, they DO fit very snug! They are designed that way.

I searched high and low to replace a belt on a new vacuum cleaner from Hoover. I bought it at Home Depot come to find out the belt that was already attached was dry rotted and broke after a second use. I didn’t think to search on Amazon first for the belt looking at Walmarts and trying to order it from Home Depot. None of the replacement belts fit but of course ordering through Amazon. You can find everything and anything that you need.

It took several emails with Hoover to figure out what belt I needed but finally got it sorted out. To purchase one belt from Hoover was $11 plus $10 shipping. My local ACE True Value hardware store didn't have this size but they sell for $8 for one belt. I was able to get two belts in this package with free shipping and delivered the next morning for that amount. Went together on the vacuum easily and I have a spare for the next time.
