Worth of the money and straightforward to use! This is my second heat press machine. My last one is a 12x10 inch press and is still working fine. Need to upgrade to a larger size so I bought this one after some research. This heat press machine comes with a different control box that has a lot of advanced features. You can program three modes into the control box with specific set temperature and time you want. Instead of wasting time changing set temperature and time for different applications, you can quickly switch between the three different modes by pressing the mode button. Another feature that I really like is that the control can record the times of heat transferring, which would be very helpful in a busy work. I was hesitant to buy this machine when see the review about the scratches on this machine, but finally pulled the trigger. Mine is working fine and totally brand new. I noticed that there is a protective film on the mug attachment, and seems the scratches mentioned in the other review is on the film not really the attachment. I don’t think that will be an issue, since the film needs to be removed anyway, as suggested on the manual.By the way, if anyone gets confused about how to use the machine, you can directly contact the seller. The seller support Catherine is really nice and helpful. During the first time of using this machine, every time after pressing down the heating plate, I found that the temperature would drop. I was concerned and asked Catherine for help. She is professional and helped me out with the issue. Turns out, the cold T shirt would always take away some heat causing an initial temperature drop, but the control will bring the heat up once it detects the temperature drop in a few seconds. I tested it and it was indeed the case. She also suggested to pre-heat the t shirt for a few seconds before the real transfer, to remove the wrinkles and also minimize the initial temperature drop during the transferring.So far, this machine works well, highly recommended!!!

We bought this to make our own T-Shirts, hats and such. Pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set up, use and enjoy all the features! The swing out arm is sweet! And the bonus of the roll out bottom tray is just genius!. It was so easy to picture something in my head, then make it happen on my job. Heat is really good, pressure is spot on and the weight is so easy to manipulate on my own. We would highly recommend this press for any job or project the home crafter has. Great for the cost and effortlessly convenient to get the job done and looking awesome, like the shirts we made for out trip last month, everyone kept asking where we got our shirts! Love it!

Works great. I have a limited amount of space but it's great and moves in multiple ways to make it easier to manuver.

Great heat press for beginners! I've had mine for over 6 months and it works great. All of the attachments are fairly easy to swap out. I haven't been able to figure out the hat press but that may be user error. Mine also hangs a little lower on one side so sometimes I have to press it down to get an even heat. Otherwise the plate seems to heat up evenly. I have used it for many projects; cricut, sublimation, and DTF and it has worked great for them all.

UPDATE 3/2023 - The company shipped me a new machine for free for a 5-star rating. The was not cracked but there were issues:1. The bottom plate was not screwed into Place (I fixed this myself)2. The black on the sides are whitish in some areas. (Could live with it - in pictures)3. The handle on the left side of one part was not screwed in (or it was missing the part that attaches it to the top. (see picture)4. The screws on top are hot after it heats up so you will/could burn yourself. – Safety / Fire hazard (Can't live with as someone could get burnt or if something was to be laid on top before it cool could catch fire).The two pros are:1. The bottom plate moves out to do t-shirts (once I screwed it in place.2. It is lighter than my old press.I understand the company trying to make this right by sending me a new machine (I never asked for it, they offered), but the handle was not attached so it was still broken in my opinion. The first two I never tried out but I would have returned this for two main reasons1. The handle being broken2. Safety/Fire hazard of the screw on the top plate.I would not recommend this machine, I have asked that they send me a return label so they can have their machine back.Original post after the first 2 machines -I ordered the first press and the front corner was broken, returned the first one and asked for a replacement. The second one showed up today and it was the same issue. The top of the machine is made of plastic, work on the design so your customers don't receive broken machines. Would NOT recommend it, it's not worth the hassle of returning the machine multiple times.

I purchased this heat press with my cutter and absolutely love it! It is simple and easy to use! No set up required. Just take it out of the box and use it! It's quality and value together!

This heat press works really well! The attachment in the side for the temperature is fragile but as long as you’re not rough It will work well. The pad inside of the heat press also moves which is annoying but other than that it’s good. I’ve had It for a few months now and don’t have any complaints.

Cumple con su funcion, almenos he probado sublimando playeras 50 algodon 50 poliester y todo bien, es cosa de hacer pruebas hasta conseguir el mejor rendimiento, la presion esta bien, y el calor se distribuye bien por toda el area, solo que nose que tan precisa sea la medicion de temperatura puesto que las primeras veces me quemo algunas prendas, pero puede que solo sea que no sabia cuanta presion y tiempo la tenia que dejar, muy buen producto y muy bien empaquetado.

But i think its very very good I didn’t try them all I tried only the normal tshirt press and its very good 360 with tray and fast heating
