It took me a while to start replacing the one shorter busted hose. I didn't know how difficult it might be and put off starting. Well, turns out it was not that difficult. I have a Rug Doctor MP-20 Mighty Pro that I have had for years now. I'm not sure when the hose became busted, but my ex-wife was the last to use and she has been known to be rather ruff on equipment. In any event, I only had to remove five screws to get to the hose. The replacement hose fits perfectly. One thing to remember is for my machine the hose is screwed into the brackets at both connections. After that just make sure all the wires and cover are all where they should be and replace the screws. I did not replace the longer hose 20" since I could not detect anything wrong with the current one. Long story, short story it works well, and I have full vacuum power for removing the water from the carpet. It's Great to have this heavy-duty machine working again, and replacement of the hose was not that difficult. Over all a VERY GOOD BUY!
