I used a more expensive brand of a very similar product for years. This one is almost as good. It only turns off on one end of the range. I have to tighten it pretty good or it will leak just a little. For the most part, it is really nice though. Less expensive and it seems pretty durable.

I received 2 of these nozzles yesterday from Amazon.I live in the desert, so no grass to water.What I have is dust!These will make the job of washing the dust off my patios and garage pad a lot easier!It's well made and works well.

It's seems only junk is available at the big box stores, so I ordered this heavy duty nozzle. On my initial use of it, I thought I got a faulty one as the nozzle didn't completely shot off flow. I tried going the other way, un-screwing the adjusting portion of the nozzle and continuing past the jet spray the flow starts to taper off and finally shots off completely. It's backwards from all other nozzles I've used. I don't have a problem with it, but it would be nice if somewhere in the description they told you this. I was about to return it.

This is a great nozzle that adjusts from closed to full flow easily. Quality construction, high volume, rubber cover for great grip. Highly recommended.Car Washing - Easy to adjust the flow to what's needed and shutoff when not . Large diameter makes it easy to control.Fire - I live in an area with brush nearby. Heavy duty, brass construction, thick rubber coating. Twist on/off, choose your spray pattern with a twist. Nice clean even spray pattern at any setting. Paired this nozzle with a heavy duty brass high flow on/off ball valve so that I could leave the nozzle on one setting. Note that brass valve pictured with the nozzle is not included with this product, I added that.

After 6 months of daily use, inner metal part broke off and unable to use…. So ended up ordering a new one today. Since it appeared to be metallic body, i thought it would last longer than expected….

Had some similar in the past. This one appears equally well constructed. Really great for avid gardeners and person who loves to stand out in the evening and enjoy their garden, take in the view and aroma while watering. Irrigation is there for my use, but this gives me actual personal interaction and delight, as opposed to simply turning on the irrigation.WIll buy a few for “house warming†gifts for people in my circle who love

I bought this because I'm cheap. I've used the Bon-Aire type of nozzle in the past and find them durable and easy to use. Very good nozzle. This one was slightly cheaper so I tried it out. First off, I didn't realize that it only turns off in one direction. Second, the only real "spray" options you get are fun bore stream or a "widespread fan". Usually you can turn it the opposite direction of "strong streaming" and get a "running" stream (something appropriate for, say, watering flower pots). No, the lowest setting is a weird fan type spray that is very difficult to water planters with (the spray is "wider" than the pot!) Turn it the other direction and the stream is so strong it'd wash all the dirt out of your pot and probably break fragile stems off. Ridiculous. Spend a little more and get the Bon-aire.

I USE A HIGH PRESSURE SPRAY NOZZLE TO MAINLY WATER A ACRE OF NEW LAWNS EACH YEAR .ALSO FOR MY GARDENS---VEGETABLE AND FLOWER BEDS ON 3 ACRES.THIS NOZZLE WITH PRETTY GOOD CONSTRUCTION -UNFORTUNATELY TURNS OFF BY ROTATING THE NOZZLE ONLY ONE WAY. ALSO IT DID NOT HAVE THE NUMBER OF SPRAY PATTERNS I REQUIRE AND GETTING THE PROPER SPRAY PATTERN I FOUND TO BE TOO DIFFICULT TO DIAL INTO. SINCERELY GORDON UGGLA
