We had this installed in our kitchen sink for a couple days before changing it out to a different unit; ultimately we didn't like the look of the bulbous "on/off" switch and didn't need the functionality of having hot and cold water in the sprayer. This unit has two braided steel lines that are permanently attached to the underside of the sprayer and the quality of those steel lines somewhat concerns me (we've had one burst in the past on a toilet). The only real issue I had with this unit was with the T-connectors (pictured); one of them had a slow leak. I had to replace it with a unit from our local hardware store.

Even though baby bottles fit over the opening, apparently the mouth of the bottle is not wide enough such that the water sprays off the inside of the bottle and then sprays everywhere. Very disappointed. I drilled a hole for this so I'm stuck with it and can't even use it for the reason I bought it.

I replaced another cup washer with this one and was pleasantly surprised. This one is larger than my previous and the jets move in a circle instead of staying in one place. Because of the larger size I don't have to worry about damaging my larger glasses.There is a temperature control nob, but I wasn't able to get the cold water working, because I didn't have a need for cold I ignored it, but could be something to look out for.This seems to wash better than my others cup washers, so I can't say I have any real complaints. Install was pretty easy and the washers were also conveniently built to be added in awkward positions. Great washer.

I have been using this rinser for a while now, and it's so much fun to use! Even the kids will want to use it! I use this to rinse out food jars (so I can recycle them), cups, mugs, and glasses! I suppose you could even rinse out a vase, if it fit. If you've never seen one of these, they use them all the time at the mermaid coffee store. I like that I can use hot or cold water and that it feels very powerful! I also like to think this addition to my kitchen will make it more attractive when it comes time to move. Make your life easier and pick this up!

I had to drill a new hole with a step bit because the existing sprayer hole was too close to my cold water faucet handle. After that, it was very easy to install. Being able to use either hot or cold with this is a game changer. We use half-gallon jars for our raw milk. We have a seemingly endless supply of dirty milk glasses coming from our children. This has made our lives so much easier keeping them clean.Easy installation, easy operation, saves my hands a lot of trouble. I could not be happier. As a bonus, it looks very professional.Five stars. Amazing device.

This glass rinser is a time saver and most have in the kitchen. Perfect size for glass and coffee cup or any bottle. Very easy to install and a comes with a cold and hot water connection, plus a on and off control. The material made will go with any stile steel sink. The package that came in was very well protected.

I needed something to wash all the many water bottles every one of my children carry around now. Most of them say hand wash only which is just kind of annoying. This made short work of that. I used the hole for the soap and got everything connected. You do have to be a little handy or it would be best to call a plumber. Wasn't terribly hard to install though. The ability to change the temperature is a bonus.
