I absolutely love everything at this stroller!!!!! The packaging was great and it took no time assembling the parts. My main focus was to work out as soon as I can post delivery and this stroller had definitely allowed me to do so. My baby can sleep in the bassinet(which has a really good cushion) while I run without any discomfort plus whenever I’m out I get burried in compliments about the style. I really have nothing bad to say about this stroller. I really feel like a hot mom!!!

Ive only given a one star because I cannot seam to get in touch with anyone from the company this is my 3rd time within a month returning a stroller I've reached out to the company and still haven't gotten a responseI just received my hot mom stroller not even five minutes ago 10/2/19 10 am and ONCE AGAIN I HAVE TO SEND IT BACK 😠😠😠😠the hood part is broken so the zipper doesn't work and I cannot attach it to the seat part at this point I don't even want a refund I just want a replacement part! It's a beautiful stroller very comfortable this is why I am fighting to get a new one I'm just seriously disappointed with the lack of communication between the company and its customers simple matters can be resolved with communication I see so many reviews where people say great customer service but I truly beg to differ!!!!UPDATE: IVE FINALLY RECEIVED THE CORRECT ORDER WITH NO DEFECTS all think still haven't spoken with the hot mom company Amazon corrected the issue quickly I'm super happy I've added the new pictures super easy to put together absolutely love it

Amazing quality. Unique and unending compliments. My most favorite thing about it is how easy it is the collapse and open back out again. Takes me less than a minute to put it in or pull it out the trunk! It’s amazing going for walks with my son as well. We bought the Maxi Cosi car seats that works with the stroller. The adaptors for the car seat did not come with the stroller but the seller sent it immediately after we contacted them for it and putting it together was also simple. Love this stroller!

I’m two years in to having our stroller. I still love it and get stopped often. I do have a few things that I wish were different about the stroller. 1. I wish the seat was a little deeper. 2. I wish it was a bit more contoured shape wise, it can be wide to navigate in restaurants and smaller stores due to width. 3. I wish it came with a true cup holder, I one that it came with is flimsy and is easily knocked off. 4. I was the faux leather was better quality as it is peeling away.I don’t find it to be heavy as a lot of others stated. Easy to take apart, you sure will need a large trunk space like in a Lexus ES350, this stroller needs some hip room. But I have been in gravel lots, parks, long walks, the adjust handle is my favorite part. Very easy to assemble and I can break it down in less than 60 seconds to put it in the trunk. When my daughter was first born she was only 5 pounds, I do wish it came with bumpers for the bassinet of an insert for the seat for smaller children. However this was not a deal breaker as we know the grown fast. I do love this stroller and it handles well, I find it to be very agile. Get it!

This product only took about 10 minutes to assemble. It comes with simple directions. The conversation to be able to use the car seat is also easy to install. It is so stylist and Hugh quality. The large wheels make for easy turns and it works well on the cobblestone where we live! Baby girl is due in a month and we are so excited to take her out in it! It has nice padding to make it comfortable and warm too.
