This arrived quickly and as the title states, it was exactly what I was hoping. The description and picture is very accurate. Mine has no issues with angles or edges as one person had mentioned. Of course it's in need of cleaning and/or coating if you need a glass like finish, because that's not what this is. It's a nice solid piece of machine cut steel.I purchased this for a base plate for leather stamping and it is perfect for this. I will be adding a custom cut piece of cutting board material to turn it into a removable but stabilized footing for an arbor press.

It's not a big deal because...it's steel. You can grind downtrend edged and smooth it out. Other than that it's perfect.I bought an arbor and needed a solid base for leather pressing. So I needed it to be smooth to not scratch or gouge the leather while pressing. I then put it in a zip lock bag to avoid getting dust on the leather product.

Arrived in quick time. As ordered. Poor mailman lugged it all the way. Two pieces quite heavy. Shear cut with some burr. Very pleased.

Nice chunk of steal for use in my 20 ton press. Needed a smaller piece to spread a load across a bearing and this is perfect. Inexpensive and shipped quickly and securely.
