I'd been using this hot water heater for about 2 years when it finally broke and needed to be replaced. I was so happy that I found this on Amazon! It's a really great heater. Does the job, not too loud, and definitely worth it if you're constantly drinking hot water like I am :)

This purchase did not meet my expectation. 1st, it took almost 10 days to receive the item, 2nd, the color on the top and bottom are different from the main body color, unlike the picture shown on the web site. So I wanted to return it. Just submitted the return request and don't know if I have to pay for the shipping fee to send it back or not.

Works great and easy to use. Only problem is the plastic over the dispense button is separating from use.Good thing this has manuel pump, the auto pump quit. Been in use since 2013. Still heats up water just fine.

Quality matches price. Stainless interior is healthier than teflon. SPT is a solid brand with affordable price range. Would buy again.

I ordered two. One of the dispensors was received damage and Amazon quickly replaced it. The dispensor is a good sized and is working with no problems. I like the special one-touch auto dispense feature, my previous dispensor only had the manual air pump. The dispensor is attractive and should be perfect in any setting. The water temperature holds well for the whole day for that extra cup of instant coffee or tea.

We purchased the SPT hot water dispenser as a replacement for a Tatung unit that lost its heating element after many years of service. The SPT unit arrived with a dent in the housing, although the carton was intact. I suspect that it was shipped this way from the factory. It was not a large enough cosmetic defect to cause us to return it, but did nothing to raise our confidence in the company. This unit has both manual and automatic dispensing, which is a nice feature. The manual pump is stiff and difficult to operate, however. The sides of the unit are warm to the touch, implying that it is marginally-insulated and so not as energy-efficient as it could be.
