I love the quality of the pans .Not heavy I'm going to use them for catering meals at my church .they just what I need rather than the foul pans.i got full and half .Next I'm gonna order the third pans.

We've made a giant pan of mostaccioli, shepherds pie, roasted potatoes and plan on more. For personal home use, they are fine. Plenty strong, and big enough to make a dish for a party. I wish I could have only bought 1, but I essentially have a life time supply now.
