The 60-90lb resistance is just right for my 63 year old work out.

I wish it had more resistance power. You can still get a decent workout but you’re gonna need more reps which I don’t like. Not as strong as they say in terms of resistance strength. If you’re in really good shape this won’t do much for you.

i brought this product because i couldn't do push ups do to an elbow injury.This product work great as a temp replacement for push up.it works the chest and the arms
