This item is what I've been looking for! Instead past, I've purchased arm equipment with stretch bands that would always end up breaking. I can already see results in my arms! This tem is very durable & functional. Great price, well worth it!

Quality is not the best (mine hade a broken weld) but I like the idea… I got the 150 lb model, but I’d say it felt more like 40-50 lb.Seemed a little small, to me, but probably good for smaller people. Not the most comfortable piece of equipment I’ve ever used, but not terrible. My biggest complaint, and reason for 2 starts, is the claim of 150 lb, that it falls VERY far short of.

I used the item 5 or 6 times and it broke down, so the price is higher than the quality.I do not anyone to buy this product, if I could rate it below 1 I would.Just don’t waste your money please!
