These temporary beam support posts are not intended to be used as permanent floor joist jacks.

NOTE:
Once loaded, if you want to drive the load upwards, the jack posts can be difficult to be adjusted. We suggest to adjust the screw pole to your ideal height before loading.

Use an adjustable floor jack to temporarily secure weak floors, crawl spaces, heavy-duty areas, porches, decks, stairs or roof trusses. When in use, the bottom end plate must be installed on a cement floor or cement base.
