Installed this a few months ago and the adhesive is still going strong, even in our full bathroom where we shower. It has been helpful because we previously had a towel holder that drilled into the wall, but it kept coming loose every few months. This has been nice to save us from having to re-tighten a drilled towel holder every few months.
