5, make sure adjust sound volume, not 0.
6, if receive damage. contact seller and provide broken picture to exchange(within warranty time)

Did not work straight out of the box, turns on while charging but as soon as you unplug it, it dies! Battery doesn’t hold the charge was never able to use I will and insurance plan did not want to cover it so I’m returning it!

Just as described. This thing is fast!!!! So definitely be careful when you're learning how to ride. Bright colors and Bluetooth sound is wonderful.

My daughter loves her hoverboard. I got it for her as a Christmas gift and she rode it almost all day. The battery life could be better but in person it's very pretty and we love how it lights up. Very much so worth the money and seeing my daughter so happy
