I got this for a friend who collects birds and has all kinds of them decoratively around her house. I thought this would be a cool addition. She does keep it in her kitchen, but it doesn't change much for the weather. It never gets really dark like in the picture. Not even in the middle of a storm. She still likes it though.

Although this came packaged with great care, I was kinda disappointed with just how small it really was. If it had been the true size of a bird would have been nicer.

I am not sure that am able to forecast the weather with cute little gal, but it does change what is going on inside based on weather conditions. We should be having some thunderstorms later and it does resemble the key for thunderstorms in the pictures I provided. Fun and cute, worth it for me!

The first order came with 2 cracks on the bird. I ordered a replacement and it came without cracks. I don’t think this is a good predictor of the weather but it does look cute. It’s definitely smaller than I thought it would be too. Overall, I don’t think I’d buy this again and I’m not 100% happy with this purchase.
