Shipped fast. Good quality components. If you haven't done this before, you might need a little help from Youtube. Instructions better than nothing, but barely. Still it did the job. Took about half an hour for the install. Added a fresh cartridge and it works like new. Instructions on how to reset maintenance count didn't work. I don't have a manual. Good components, ho-hum instructions. Dropped a star for that.

Before buying, contacted vendor and asked if they could supply installation instructions. There was no reply. It they had replied, this would be a five star review. Total installation time was under an hour for someone who had never done it before, and the replacements seem to be of good quality. The vendor shipped very quickly which I appreciated. The end result was an improvement in the image print quality on this HP 4000 Laser Printer. There are some confusing references on a sheet of paper in the box referring to a "core return." There is, however no shipping label or I would be glad to return the old fuser. If the vendor cares to comment or send me a shipping label, I'll certainly send the core back. Would buy this item from them again.

Simple instructions found on YouTube, replaced fuser and all the rollers in less than 20 minutes
