The feeder was easy to install and has worked flawlessly. I bought two for a busy law office. I have had one for about 4 months and another for about 2 months and they're working great so far. A whole ream of paper fits into it.Update: Almost a year later with heavy use and no issues.

Works well, simple to use, copies, faxes, and scans like our other, large, high-volume machines. One problem, is with scanning - it doesn't assign a unique name to a scanned document, requiring you to input one for every scan. Otherwise, if you don;t add the unique identifier, the prior scanned document will be over-written. Hoping they will fix this with a firmware update, but so far, nothing.

Installed easily and worked great for about 1 week. then, it started making loud clicking noises and would not feed paper into the printer. Seller made me go through HP support before they would replace the item. Would not buy this again.

Wir sind gerade dabei 2 Home-Office Arbeitsplätze einzurichten. Den Job des Druckers übernimmt im Wesentlichen ein HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdn. Da wir doch etwas häufiger mit unterschiedlichen Papiersorten (Blanko, Vordruck, Stärke, etc.) hantieren, wollten wir uns die Arbeit mit einem zusätzlichen Papierfach etwas erleichtern.Das zu unserem Drucker passende Zusatzfach mit der HP-Artikelnummer D9P29A wurde wie von Amazon üblich zügig geliefert. Wir haben das Fach als Amazon-Warehouse-Deal für ca. 76€ erworben. Das Fach war originalverpackt und schien unbenutzt.Die Installation ist denkbar einfach – quasi Plug & Play. Drucker ausschalten und den Drucker auf das neue Papierfach stellen. Anschließend Drucker wieder einschalten. Schon konnte das neue Fach via Touch-Display oder auch Windows-App eingerichtet werden.Das Fach passt vom Design und der Farbe her 1:1 zum Drucker und ist passend mit der Nummer „3“ versehen. Fach 1 und 2 bringt der Drucker schon mit. Das neue Zusatzfach ist deutlich größer als die Fächer 1 und 2 und bietet Platz für bis zu 550 Blatt im Format Din A4. Die Verarbeitung ist gut, der Kunststoff wirkt wertig und stabil.Wer sich nicht sicher ist, ob das Zusatzfach beim eigenen Drucker passt, sollte die Artikelnummer bei HP suchen und die dort aufgeführte Kompatibilitätsliste prüfen.In Summe ein praktisches Zusatzfach, welches die Einsatzmöglichkeiten erhöht und die Nutzung wesentlich vereinfacht.

En mi caso, nos interesa disponer de una bandeja con A4 y otra con A5, y esta bandeja adicional lo permite sin problemas.Llegó en plazo y funciona bien.
