Ifinally got it assembled and checked its functions. It works!! I was alone for most of the work and had help setting the plotter and stand together. It really would have been easier if there were 2 people assembling it. I haven't installed the software on computers so I have only used the console touchpad.the paper to be scanned must have the image on the top side of the paper when feeding, the roll paper path is not clearly delineated in the instructions. The manual is not very good as far as information and clarity.overall, I am satisfied with the machine and an glad I purchased it.
