We’ve had the HP Laserjet P2035 Printer (Renewed) for over a year now, and it’s been fantastic! It works wonderfully, printing crisp and clear documents every time. Super Quiet! No issues with connectivity or performance, and it’s been a true workhorse in our home office. The renewal process didn’t affect its quality at all—it runs like a brand-new printer! I had an investment in HP 2035 cartridges when my faithful P2035 gave up the ghost. Buying a brand new laser printer would mean the a financial loss amounting to the price of the re-built P2035. When the printer arrived it had 2 problems. Without hesitation , at their significant shipping expense, they sent me another renewed HP printer, that works great.

I purchased this copier in March, it worked for about one month perfect without any problems, then it started to jam, and from there it wanted to not print, if I print 10 pages it would get hot and not print at all so I would allow it to rest for about an hour between each 10 pages not this became a problem, then it began to run hot every 3 pages, not this junk will not print at all and been like this for the past month, what a waste for my money, I understand I purchase it renewed but please it should work at least a year before breaking down not 30 days.

I’m always skeptical to buy refurbished equipment, but printer arrived fast, well packaged and very clean like almost new, it works perfectly so far and I’m happy I ordered it.

This is the 2nd one sent to us. I'm not sure this is repaired as it should be. I sent the 1st one back because it was not working and was very loud. They sent me another. the 2nd one seems to not be working correctly either?? its loud and continues to flash warning lights also.id like to company to know this as noted in case this was not a good purchase and they would be willing to return it.
