This pellet burner has made our life so much easier, not to mention it is nice to wake up warm! Our wood stove always burned out overnight so we would wake up cold! This has to be shut down because it gets too warm in here! We love it!

I purchased an hp22 from Amazon a year and a half ago. Don’t waste your money on this pile of junk!! It’s been nothing but problems. Bearing failure, feed failure, Burn pots cracking, Igniters burning out, now the display is toast and it just cost me $200 dollars to get a new one. Warranty is crap they only cover a year. Buy a different stove from a different company! Chinese crap!!!!!

The unit itself is very heavy due to it's construction, but most husband/wife teams can manage to get this in place to install. As far as DIY installations go, this was very easy. We just used it for our 4th winter, and it's been very reliable. Warms our very large open concept living room, kitchen and upstairs bedrooms quite nicely I had some questions about the control panel when installing, and via both email and phone the manufacturer was extremely helpful. If you see any negative reviews about these guys, you can bet it's from sheer ignorance of how pellet stoves work or what they do. We use ours primarily as back up heating for when our heat pump can't cut it, and it's awesome.
