I ordered this item to use in my shop in case a situation required the use of it. It came as expected, an eye wash station that fits on my existing faucet. You simply need to remove the existing aerator on your current faucet and screw this one into place. It has a built-in aerator and operates in 2 modes.Mode 1 is a single release of water through the center aerator and mode 2 is a dual release of water through the eye wash station. The eye wash nozzles rotate 360 degrees, and you simply push the button in the center of the aerator head to activate them and move them into place.

I received this for free, but having now installed it and used it a bit, I'd absolutely pay full price if I had to. It took less than 10 minutes to install. I recommend putting some plumber's tape on the joining collar to prevent any secondary leaks from the faucet output. Great peace of mind to have less than 20ft from my workshop in the event of a chemical incident.
