This manufacturer actually confirms they use HPDE plastic in their sleeves. HPDE doesn't off-gas like some other plastics and protects your vinyl from "Hazing".Item was shipped quickly and was just what I wanted.

These are some of the best sleeves I’ve used. The quality is superb and there’s no hint that it will tear along the sides. It arrives as two packs inside one big pack (although the outer package was ripped when it arrived, but that’s not a problem) and with 250 sleeves included these will keep me going for quite a while in my record collecting endeavors. Like most sleeves, they are not quite crystal clear, and hopefully my photo of the Led Zep album half in the sleeve will show the very slight cloudiness - this is absolutely fine with me and the artwork looks great.As advertised, the sleeves have no excess plastic at the top (you can see how it perfectly aligns with the top of my Quadrophenia album sleeve). Personally I’d prefer a bit of excess as I feel the artwork would have a little bit of added protection, but this is exactly as advertised so I was aware.They fit single albums and double albums well (Quadrophenia includes a book in the gatefold, to give you an idea that the sleeves can hold this), but don’t expect to squeeze any triple albums in there.Very happy with these.

Wow. I am incredibly impressed with the quality of these Hudson Hi-Fi Vinyl Record Outer Sleeve Covers! These are hands down the best sleeves i've ever come across and they are a wonderful addition to my vinyl collection. The sleeves are thick and very durable - they won't tear, rip or scratch easily. The thickness even adds some support to records that have been weakened by water damage, that's how good they are!They are not completely clear, but that's the case for all other sleeves as well. Thank being said, these are the cleanest looking ones i've had. The seams are thick and strong and will hold up to some rough handling. They fit all my records perfectly and I am so grateful for the protection! I love these and wont trust any other sleeves for my prized collection.

By no means perfect, but effective if you want something cheap that works well. Have had no issues with them, and they work great for large portions of your collection.

These sleeves are excellent quality for protecting your vinyl records. They are exactly as described and shown in the product listing description and photos. Due to the type of plastic used to help protect the sleeves, they are not perfectly clear as shown in my photos. You can still easily see your album artwork clearly but the protective sleeve does add a bit of haziness to the view. But the important factor should be that these sleeves will not adhere to the album covers avoiding any further damage and protecting it instead.

I recently just started to collect vinyl records. Some of the older ones I find at thrift stores don't come with the sleeve or they are in bad shape. This pack comes with 250 so I am pretty sure I will never run out of them. The quality is great.
