I live in Maine and this snowblower gets the job done! Heavy snow? No problem! Power steering is a plus, no wrestling it to turn. Turns on a dime! Easy assembly right out of the box! LED light is very bright! No dark nights now! This Huskvarna is very durable and well made! Don't waste your money on those cheap imitations, this is the real deal for every homeowner!

Excellent machine, blows snow across street, power steering is great.Upon arrival I found out that the parts bag was not with the snowblower. Contacted Husqvarna and after 4 phone calls, 7 emails with pictures of missing parts, 3 snow storms and a month and a half of waiting they finally sent me the last 2 parts that were missing! Plus they said they were going to charge me $10.98 for those parts that were not sent the first time with the 26 I received after 3 weeks.

I don't leave many reviews and waited to use this one. My time is limited for shopping like this. I took a chance through Amazon, and it paid off. The shipping company was easy to deal with. The crate was damaged, but the machine was fine. It was pretty easy to assemble; only a couple of tools were needed.It started right up. I just cleaned my driveway from the last snow here in Vermont and was impressed. Indeed, a beast, as I read in another review.This has been totally worthwhile. I am very happy with my purchase.

The product set up directions are not very clear but setting it up was pretty intuitive. I did go to YouTube and watch videos on how to set it up, after I was done. I had done everything the same way the videos said to set it up so I was happy about that. We should be getting snow this week so I will come back after clearing a LONG driveway with this thing and let you guys know how it works.

I purchased several years ago. all has worked well however, I Purchased a Plate Skid.Shoe Comp part # HUS 583838801 back in November 30, 2022.Purchased from Farmers Exchange in Kennewick, WA. I have followed up with them four times since I purchased the part. They tell me Husqvarna says it's on backorder with no date of delivery. I asked them to please call them and ask what the issue is. They said the would not. I asked for a number they order their parts from and they would not give it to me. I've tried contact Husqvarna direct and get caught on a customer no service recorded phone line. I would think carefully about their lack of service on units they sale.

Make sure you're careful when installing the deflector. The guide has you install it facing forward; so make sure you have the deflector direction lever set to the center when you do. There was no indication in the instructions to do that, and if you don't, it won't be able to turn the full 180 degrees from left to right (since there's a mismatch between the lever setting and the deflector itself). The deflector is very difficult to remove one installed; the plastic that snaps onto the deflector has two tabs that hold it in place. I had to break one to get it off, but so far it seems to still work ok.Otherwise I'm very happy with it so far. Shreds through the snow no problem.

Garbage. Broke after first use. First use was fine. Cheap feel but worked. Second time, when gears engaged they broke (engaged by squeezing handles). While engine works, all gearing is broken, including both blade and propulsion. No fixing. Happened 2 days after Amazon allows returns. What to do with this now???

I have used this about 5 times now.....no heavy snow yet, but I am confident it will handle it OK when it gets here.My neighbors all love me now too!! :)
