Great value for the money, had to make custom adapters to use my other manual dies but now I can do all my sizes with Hydraulic assist.

It just arrived today. I tried it out. I drilled a 1/2 hole and a 3/4 hole on the panel box. The bolts were bent. I still need this device. Please give me a replacement.I'll update. I received a new Conduit Hole Cutter Set KO Tool Kit today, I am trying to figure out why. I complained after receiving the product and wrote feedback to the seller. I submitted a return a few days ago but received a new set today. Why is this? Is it a replacement? Or did I make a mistake? But in any case, I received a new toolset, which is a good thing. Thank you

Easily punches 3/4" holes, but 1 1/2" holes would barely make a mark in the steel. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Initially this item looked well build, heavily constructed. I made one hole and it worked like a champ, my second hole still looking good. When I was making my third hole the unit began to have hydraulic oil run out of the cylinder upon inspection the cylinder came look from the upper housing. it appears that is is screwed in. I wouldn't have expected this to just come lose. I hope the manufactured is reading this, addressed the problem and reaches out to replace my unit.Update: After my review was posted, the seller contacted me and replaced the unit free of charge and shipped out a new one very quickly. He They asked nothing of me in return. As a result given the good customer service I increased my rating. Product defects happen, at least this seller stands by their products and looks after the customer. Thank you
