HOW TO OPEN THE CASE THE FIRST TIMEThe first time I tried to open it, I undid the big latches and pulled on the lid, and nothing happened.The Case was Vacuum Sealed! There is a valve you turn to release the seal. It was easy to turn. I heard the pressure equalize, and then I could open it. And if you are storing this or sending it somewhere, you can use a vacuum cleaner attachment to Vacuum Seal it again.THE PRICE$400 might seem high, but…Elsewhere I found that several 10,000 PSI Pressure Gauges SOLD for $99.00 to $199 EACH. That was just for ONE Gauge, sometimes with NO fittings.THE QUALITY OF THE CASEThis is the best case I have ever seen for anything. The case itself is heavy duty, sturdy, and looks great.The Latches are much thicker than most, and very strong, but they open easily.There are even two holes to put padlocks in, or a security cable to tie the case to something so no one can run off with it. I would attach a security cable with a loop on both ends to something that can’t be cut, and put the other end on a padlock on this case.The carved foam is perfect. It holds everything tight, but you can easily remove everything, and it looks like it won’t crumble for years.THE TEE CONNECTORSOn these, the big nut on the chained part is always loose to make attaching and removing easier.THE COUPLER ADAPTERSEach is in its own zip lock bag.HIGH QUALITY SILICONE OILI did several searches to find out more about “Advanced Silicone Oil†and found this…(Good quality) silicone fluids are typically clear, transparent liquids. The product types range from free flowing, water-like fluids to viscous, syrup-like fluids. These silicone fluids are resistant to high and low temperatures, water, and chemicals… and they possess mold releasability, water repellency, and defoaming characteristics not found in ordinary mineral or synthetic oil products.THE PICTURES1. This shows the pressure release valve, and one of the two large, durable latches2. This shows how well made the carved out foam is, and the orange pulls to lift out the top half.3. This set is exactly what we need on the ranch. There have been many times I wished I had a set like this when checking the hydraulics on various large and small machinery that we have. I have tried several units in this set and each one has perfomed exactly like we had hoped it would. The set is of the highest quality and the readings are super accurate.The case is very sturdy and well thought-out. It's great for keeping the whole set organized and secure when not in use. The recesses for each individual item are very snug and keeps the fittings from rattling around.This will save me hours upon hours of diagnostics over the years when working on our harvesting equipment, various bulldozers and other machinery and farm rigs. Judging from what I've seen so far, this set will outlast me. Definitely one of my best purchases. I've found nothing to be disappointed with.

This item will need a follow-up review after my mechanic has had a chance to use it a few weeks. We operate a small farm with roughly 1000 head of cattle and have several excavators, tractors, and many more farm equipment and most of it has hydraulics. The minute my mechanic opened this box he was impressed by the quality. He mainly fixes hydraulic lifts, but also fixes farm equipment and he is very skilled. He knew details about these tools that would take an average person years to learn, and he can't wait to start testing these tools on our farm equipment. Right now all I can say is this is an impressive set of gauges, and I will do a follow-up after we have had time to really work with these gauges.
