Used this to enable keeping 142 degrees at water heater and then used mixer valve at sinks to have hot side at 115 degrees to keep from scalding. Used 3/8 splicing lines with a 3/8 tee from Lowe’s. Would highly recommend and would definitely buy again. Great quality valve and no leaks

I’m not sure if it’s metric, but no l fittings would connect to this. It says 3/8†but it’s not.

On the Amazon website, your photo of the mixing valve connected to the hoses shows one of the outlets connected to a water supply shutoff. That hose from water supply is input, NOT output! How about getting it right!!
