What you see is what you get and it works great. Keep in mind this is not an industrial quality regulator along the lines of a Milwaukee as far as quality, yet for a smaller hobby setting this is more than enough. Setting the flow on the regulator, timer for the solenoid and running the line took all of 15 minutes and works great. Fills a 175sq foot area no problem. If you are considering Co2 for your grow stop thinking and do it! You will appreciate the gains!

Regulator will not hold settings, especially the lower ones required for smaller areas. The thing is also very hot! Enough to burn your fingers when adjusting (or attempting to) the output. Bad Product! Contacted the seller.....all I received from them was attitude.

Awesome regulator. I wish there was instructions for the timer itself but you can figure it out. It'll just take an extra minute to figure it out. The tube that measures scfh of co2 Kinda sux too. Unless ur trying to float the ball inside the tube at .5 and above it is really hard to keep it below the .5 scfh setting. I was trying to keep.the scfh setting at .02 and when the regulator shuts off and comes back on the ball would be floating at 1 scfh, which was too much co2 being delivered. ur definetly gonna need to buy a ppm controller and monitor.

co2 release seems incorrect if you try to meter it down to 0.1cfm - but otherwise works well, to work around i release at a higher rate for a shorter period. this unit is not noisy, but as noted by other reviewers the solenoid hardware can get hot. since i only run it in 15 minute 'bursts' every few hours, it really doesn't matter (it doesn't affect my ambient temps, and my ppm never drops below 1500.)

Poor quality construction, but it's the only I could find for small areas. I was able to make it useable by, disassembling the adjustment stem, and wrapping it multiple times with Teflon tape. I will be upgrading to a fuzzy logic controller it will save $$$ in the long run.

I would probably just go ahead and spend a few more dollars and get something on monitors and cuts on and off as needed, this is controlled by a timer and hard to really dial in the proper levels

EDITED 05/7/15Ok first off, this CO2 injection system works exactly as specified. I have a 10x10x8 grow room and i didnt buy a co2 test meter, so after sealing the room with silicone, i set this flow rate at 2 scfh, and tested at 5 pm, my co2 was over 6000 ppm, i recommend you get a co2 meter, it builds up quickly. I reset it at .5scfh and now at 5pm my co2 ppm is around 1500ppm, its easy to set up and dial in, but you do need a digital co2 meter.EDITED..... ive been using these now for a few months, thought i would give an update.first off I do like the rubber gasket, that eliminates the need for one of those stupid compression washers that all the other regulators require.but its cheaply built, ive had 2 of the locking nuts break. thats the nut that locks it to the co2 tank.whats happening is the back wall of the nut breaks off, its not one solid piece for some reason but its actually glued on.I am including a picture. the round circle you see laying next to the nut is supposed to be part of the nut itself. you must replace that nut, but you also must replace the stem the nut goes on, its not a normal size, its actaully much smaller than standard.now these pieces are cheap, but in the end thats how it should have been built to begin with.now in the 2nd pic you can see the damage caused to the stem where you put the rubber gasket, when it exploded on the tank.i own 3 of these but i no longer recommend them. do yourself a favor and dig just a little deeper in your pocket and get a decent one.

Soloniod valve gets so hot it smells like its melting. Complete junk blew a pin hole in the valve body after using it for a month.
