How to sublimate products
1. First, distinguish between the sublimation coated surface and the uncoated surface. The surface that can be sublimated does not have any label.
2. Then, choose the picture you like and print it on special sublimation paper.
3. Next, please note that we recommend setting the temperature to 374 ℉ and sublimating for 90–180 seconds, to transfer the picture to the product.
4. Then wait for the temperature to cool down, and finally get your perfect creation.

I am using this sign as part of the products for a class I'm taking in creating signs with sublimation. I have owned a Sawgrass SG1000 sublimation printer for almost 2 years now but have only used it a few times & only for creating prints to go on clothing. Recently, I've been seeing how many other products that can be sublimated on & all the new sublimation blanks popping up on the market. So, I signed up for a series of classes with one of the more well-known crafting instructors & am super excited to do the projects in these classes. I love how well made this sign is & how it will require very little sanding to get it to the smoothness I need to have the sublimation design go on smoothly & well. I suspect that I will be ordering more of these signs if the project turns out as I hope it will. Being in Alasaka, rustic signs are very popular at weddings & other events so these blanks & signs will fit right into my small craft business I run.

I was trying to figure out what to do with this, then when I got it, I saw it came with mounts. So i took this as an opportunity to make something for my deceased cat and put it on the shelf where we have her ashes. But anyway, this sublimated well, you have to be mindful of the colours you use as it may come out dull due to the colouring of the wood, but i'm definitely going to be offering this as an option for people during this upcoming wedding season.

I've done a lot of sublimation products but not on wood. I love the idea of this product and I have a perfect place picked out to hang it when I've finished it.The wood is evenly cut and nicely sanded. Even though it was marked the coated surface was easy to detect.The holes for hanging and for the four hooks along the bottom edge are pre-drilled and hardware is included.I'm torn between design options right now but I can't wait to get this project on the wall.Reasonable Pricing.

I wish it didn't have pre-drilled holes, which is a first, as I wanted it just as a regular board to hang, but this needs to be used with hooks unless you fill holes, but it defeats purpose. It does sublimate well. I just wanted to try it, as Ive never done wood before. I like it. I wouldn't buy again though, as I don't have much use for it.

These were good for my sublimation projects. Everything came out really nice; the images printed nicely and it comes with the hardware to be able to mount your work. Prefect for homemade gift ideas or crafts.

I am into sublimation and this seemed a novel blank to try my skills on. It will work very well to provide a beautiful personalized picture that is ready for hanging. Now to pick which design I want to embellish it with! That will be a difficult choice. I highly recommend this.

This makes for a nice country style piece of art. Made a board for just us two grandparents to hang our keys on. Made sure I used pictures that had a lot of color to make sure transfer came out visible. My first time sublimating on wood and I thought the skin tones would fade into the background of the wood. However, the kids came out good and you can easily see their faces as you walk up to the board. So missioned accomplished.The included hooks work good on hanging keys. But I did use larger screws to mount it to the wall. I just gave my screws a little paint so they would match the hooks. Overall this was a fun project with this set.

What I like about wood photo blanks is that they are ready to use. I just started recently with sublimation I thought I'd give these a try and they were easy to do without any warping of the blanks afterward. The picture comes out vibrant and with the hardware its ready to hang on the wall.
