Low output may caused by:
- Not enough gas in the cylinder. Change for a new one or refill it.
- The gas valve is not fully opened.
- Propane cylinder valve is turned on too quickly which will trigger the excess-flow protection and result in low flow rate. Turn off the cylinder valve and wait for 20 seconds for the excess-flow valve to restore. Then turn the cylinder valve on slowly.

This heater is better than the original type where the heat just comes from the top. With this heater, it warms the area up quickly, and efficiently. Make sure you measure your space, we didn't realize how tall it is, but got it to work for us. It is also very pretty when it is on, because you can see the flames.

I got this last minute for my husband's 60th, 80's birthday party, and it came in very handy as it warmed our guests!Easy to setup, easy to use. One thing, when you set it up for the first time, be sure to do it in a slightly darker area, as I attempted to light it, thinking it wasn't working, but it was, I just couldn't see the pilot, so just be aware that can be difficult to see in full sunlight :) It worked though!

I like the heater for the small purpose I purchased it for. It does not put out enough heat sometimes (a lot of variables like wind, extreme cold, etc.). It was ok to put together…ended up being so much larger than I thought. Easy to ignite. The only issue I have with it is…it sits on my deck so every time you walk within 10 feet of the thing, every metal guard and the metal front door clangs against the metal frame. If you can see in the picture, I have to put small wood chips between the metal guards and frame to minimize the noise…but cannot eliminate the noise. I still give it 5 stars because it is as advertised and works like I wanted it to. I just did not expect it to produce the noise it makes sitting on my deck. Could be just my OCD.

I thought the assembly instructions were actually pretty good. A couple bolts missing, but was still able to get around that. It took some time, but once assembled it looks good and was pretty quick to light. It looks and sounds great, but is not giving off much heat at all. Everything checks out, nice sizeable flame, but very little heat. Not sure how that could be rectified.
