Lid fine. Was more expensive than one purchased a couple months earlier. Used for water tanks to haul water for cattle during drought.

Had to replace my 325 gallon truck bed water hauling tank cap which was lost.. Has no top vent like my old one, though, but loosening it a bit or taking it off when filling tank avoids pressure buildup, or you can simply drill a small hole in the center of its top. Good and sturdy product, but way overpriced.

Perfect size for our water tank. Great seal. So much so, that the tank collapsed while emptying with the lid still in place. Don't make the same mistake my grandson and son did!

Honestly the lid was good…only it didn’t fit my tank…I have ordered an 8 inch lid before but this one was just too big. I had to send it back and order a new one.
