unlike other packaged homemade foods that don’t look like shown in pics or on product container/etc, this one very much closely resembles what is shown it looks like.. my dog devoured this, was sitting waiting for me to hurry up and empty packet, guess it smells delicious..good ingredients, mixed is proportioned right as far as not being overloaded with veggies like some. Overall great food, we’ve already reordered 4 more of these and 5 here and 8 elsewhere of the chicken & duck ones and for our boy. will be his new nightly food mixed in with his best breed kibbles since he has gotten bored of his canned food. i would feed him only these pouches but, he is a 75lb GSD pup and we’d go broke doing that given we have other pets too but, these would be great to feed only for small and some medium dogs for sure..The calories in each pouch has me a big confused for no matter what calculator i use, even an ME one, the calories come out over 100 less than pouch states, 250ish is what i get.. other that these are great and don’t require being refrigerated or frozen so that is a BIG bonus to me, other than not having to cook him homemade food anymore!!PS: these pouch can be a pain to get all the food out but, if you cut across bottom instead, it is a breeze to do.

My dog is still deciding if he will eat the food without being starved... 🫣... he is very picky and I have spent most of his 3 years going from food to food.... some I'm glad he didn't like because their cost would have wrecked my budget... ( I live on SS)... but he doesn't really like anything that isn't fresh veggies, fruits, or a piece of freshly cooked meat.... He is eating this mixed in with roasted chicken breast, but only late evening when he realizes " this is it".... which is a step from not eating it all, which he has done many times.... I'm praying he will come around soon & eat enough to meet his dietary needs even if I have to keep adding the chicken; however, for mom...I don't like the pouches...I thought it was in a bowl.... I'm a SC & have neuropathy in my fingers...making it difficult to get the food out of the pouches....for me, there is also some waste... 😕.... I tried another brand, that didn't last, but it came in a shelf kept bowl...very easy to open and access... I know I'm one customer of many, but my vote is to upgrade the pouch to something easier to open, and to empty... One really nice thing for me & my dog, is that the food doesn't smell bad...at least not the chicken & duck....we are trying the chicken & beef next...hoping for the best.... thank you & be blessed.... ðŸ¾ðŸ¦‹ðŸ›

This is a quality company that puts our 4-legged family members first. I buy their product line for both the cat and the dogs. I know what giving them is a well balanced, healthy, and tasty diet.

For a product that claims that the pickiest of animals will be licking their lips for this was not it. I have a husky which is already a picky breed. And thought I'd try this for him. He turns his nose up at it and won't even try it. For the price that's way to expensive for me to be throwing my money in the garbage. Won't be buying it again and apparently throwing the rest of the box away.
