I clicked this in and could not believe it was really that easy to attach and detach. Then I looked at it a bit closer and I felt like a kid exploring all the pockets in my backpack before the first day of school :-) The pockets and storage compartments all seem useful and easy to access. I like the hooks at the bottom of the side pockets (see pictures). At first I wondered what in the world I would hang from them and then I realized they anchored to the side bars to keep the extended side pouches from flopping around (duh!) :-)I haven't used it yet, but it seems very sturdy. It's the right size to drop in my bike lock, a little handbag, a first aid kit, some extra water, and still have plenty of room left over for this and that. I'll update this review if it doesn't meet expectations when I use it on the road, but I have high hopes!I like that it detaches easily and has a shoulder strap, so if I use it for a quick run to the store I can use it as I shop and know that everything will fit.

I've run this Ibera Trunk bag on my commuter / gravel bike for years, with my first one (left in the photos) lasting 5 whole years through daily commutes and multiple bikepacking trips before retirement. I'm a happy customer, so I've finally replaced it with a new one (on the right) - here's to 5+ more years of happy riding.I'm very happy with the durability of this bag for the price as well as the versatility relative to running panniers. One - the storage capacity is great, the main storage compartment can store quiet a bit of volume which I've used for the following:- Windbreaker and jackets for riding partners when on bike rides + you can pack away leftovers from mid ride snacks easily!- Extra clothing, rain-jacket / rain-pants, puffy jacket for winter rides- Rock climbing shoes, harness, and chalk bag + a jacket when I go to the climbing gym- Several pack of frozen dumplings when I go for a shopping runThe other compartments are also very useful, with two side pockets, a top pocket, and a back pocket. The top pocket holds a Kryptonite bike cable for extra security, the back pocket holds extra inner tubes and a patch kit, whereas the side pockets hold snacks, sunscreen, and a small med-kit.In terms of the final failure point after 5-years - the bag started to fall apart with the zipper failing after years of stuffing the bag to the capacity limit. The orange quick-release also started to get sticky, no doubt due to build-up of grit / mud over time. Can't complain though - honestly impressed it stood up to so much abuse over the years. Also, a note on water-resistance - the main compartment in my experience has been very strongly water resistant since there are multiple fabric layers insulating the inside. I've had items be pretty much completely dry while biking through strong rain showers in the few instances (up to 40 minute commutes). The pockets, on the other hand, only only one main fabric layer, so not much protection there during downpours.

Nice product. I got the one without the paniers because I didn't need them. It has plenty of pockets, very durable construction, and nice reflective material. The zippers are okay, but not great. Nice large central storage area. Fits perfectly on the rack of the same brand name. Easily removable; no Velcro to deal with!

Update: after a year of use, this bag is still an excellent purchase. It's impressive how much it can swallow in terms of things like groceries. My original criticisms still apply, but overall this bag is well worth it. If and when it wears out, I'll be getting a second one. Hopefully by then they'll have made a few adjustments to make a great product even better.I've had this bag for a few weeks now and I have very few, if any, real complaints. The bag itself is spacious and seems to be made of sturdy material. It makes a huge difference on my commute to work where I can now get my cargo off my back and onto a bike rack, producing less sweat as I ride around. The quick clips seem to securely hold the bag in place. The road I ride on has some pretty bad stretches of pot holes and I've never once felt as though the bag was in danger of coming off the rack.Comparative to other brand trunk bags in this price range, you aren't likely to get a better value on price to available space. The bag with the panniers extended is over 20 liters. The panniers themselves can be used as a regular pocket when not extended (there is an internal zipper to open the pannier compartment).Overall, I love the bag. The only complaints I can raise so far are the following:1. The zippers seem to stick sometimes. They don't feel like they're as good in construction as the rest of the bag. I treat the zippers gently but I expect to have to replace them in the future and that if something breaks, this would be the first piece to go.2. The zipper for the main compartment and the zipper for the main compartment extension are seated too close to each other and I often find myself grabbing the wrong one. This doesn't affect the function of the bag, but it is somewhat annoying. It would go a long way in terms of design to make the zipper tab for the compartment extension a different color from the zipper tab for the main compartment.3. The tail light hanger leaves something to be desired. My tail light often ends up set into a position where it's angled down towards the ground, ruining any effectiveness of the strobe to vehicles behind me.4. I wish the panniers were maybe half an inch bigger on each side. They hold a lot of things but it's *just* shy of being able to close around a standard letter size manila envelope. I've put a couple in there and it zips partially and the envelopes seem to be secure (They haven't fallen out yet), but being able to close it would be fantastic. Given the current size of the side pocket and the pannier overall, there shouldn't be a real issue with that slight storage increase where it interferes with the dimensions of the rest of the bag.
