- Reason 1: Button cells were installed backwards, please install correctly.
- Reason 2: Contact is not good, please spin the earpins a few times or compress the earpins into the base.
- Reason 3: Earpins are not allowed to bend or twist; once they broken, there is no restoration.

We ordered these for a New Year’s Eve dance and they are super bright and look nice. The only issue we had was they didn’t last as long as we thought that they would but customer service reached out and resolved the issue with no hassle at all. Excellent customer service!!

I didn't wear these often but the times that I did, they were a big hit! They are very bright and super pretty, I got a lot of compliments on them. I bought these 10 years ago and still have them, they have not turned and they still light up :)

Out of the package failure. One works barely. You have to keep pressing it to keep it tight, for it to stay lit. The other doesn't work at all. Trash product.

While the glow-factor is pretty cool and seems to work well, the earrings weren't very secure. even when backing is on all the way they felt loose. My biggest complaint was the wires sticking out of the end of the stem. they were sharp and scratched up my ears trying to put them in. I thought this was a defect but was told by seller that its intended to be like that. i know pain is beauty but this isnt worth it to me. maybe if they came up with a safer/more comfortable way to connect to the battery than exposed wiring

After seeing Miss Frizzle on Magic School Bus wear light up earrings, my 6 year old grand daughter just have to have some. I found these on Amazon and ordered them. When they arrived and my grand daughter opened them her eyes lit up as well. They are a little big but she was able to wear them without any difficulty or discomfort. They are nice and bright. She walked around my bedroom with the lights off and was able to move around. They are really cute. Planning to purchase other colors for her as well.

The earrings arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, one earring did not work. The light on the second is excellent and my daughter was excited to have them. However, she doesn't wear them since one light will not work. I told her I would get another pair for her but I am hesitant.
