These seem like they would be great in snow and ice. I ordered a large and I wear a size 8.5 I feel like they run small. Unfortunately I have discovered that I lack the strength and mobility to balance necessary to put them on my shoes. You cannot put them on inside to go out.

MN and WI winters are unpredictable, this year we had a lot of snow, warm weather then rain to really ice up roads and yards. I bought these after using a family members for my own place. Feet were planted, no slipping on ice or snow...worked great. Do not wear in the house and watch your step around your pets, they will definitely do some damage. I would order these again! I wear a size 8.5 womans winter boot, I ordered a large - fit my boots well.

I wore them once in the woods working and all the yellow cleats popped out. Only good for walking on sidewalks.

Very effective on inclined ice, problem is they won't stay on if cleats and boots are both wet.

I have had clunky ice creepers in the past. These were easy to pull over my Sorell boots out on the ice, easy to pull off and worked great ice fishing on bare ice. Would recommend these all day.
