Exact size and the wiring connections are identical with the exception of one terminal but this unit comes with an adapter and it's relatively easy to do it myself. Overall pretty straight forward install, and the furnace is working again.

These control boards are created using economical components. It does work and is easy to install/replace the failed board. I got lazy and called my furnace guy to install it and when he could not figure out what was wrong I said just pull the old one out and look at the back. When these circuits age it seems they have an excess amperage draw on the blower circuits going from the relay and they burn off, leaving nice burn marks on the back of the circuit board. These are great for quick furnace repairs and a lot cheaper than the service call and a new board @ $350 or $400.

Actually liked that the board was identical to the one in my Lennox gas furnace (G20Q3/4E). Line for line hookup no problems. Just be careful of static electricity, so ground yourself prior to handling the circuit board. Easy install.

My old furnace needed this replacement board which I found here for much cheaper than local supply house, brand new and made in USA was a plus!

Great product!!! Easy to install!!!A HVAC outfit wanted over $550 just to install this board and refused to disclose the price of just the board. They recommended a new furnace.It took me less than 10 minutes to take out the old board and install this board. It took the HVAC outfit longer to calculate my estimate of over $700. If you can read letters and numbers you can install this board. No soldering required for my furnace. Just plug and play.Plus, Amazon shipped it to me in two days when the HVAC place said it would take them over a week to get the part.Highly recommended!!!

Direct replacement for my Lennox G26 furnace control board, orig Lennox #45K48. My furnace blower stopped coming on in 'auto' after the burners lit, causing the system/heat manifold to overtemp and shut down (I was able to operate the furnace with the blower turned on manually via the thermostat fan switch after the burners lit, necessary until I got this part, luckily our weather has not been cold). All terminals were exactly the same so it was simple 1 for 1 replacement of the wires a perfect fit in the enclosure as well with the standoffs. Definitely recommend this seller as they got it out quickly for me. Furnace started right up/works perfectly once again. Thank you!

I ordered an ICM289 furnace control board to replace my damaged Lennox BCC3-1 board. My furnace blower fan was not turning on automatically with the burners, and the limit switch interlock was shutting down the heating cycle. When I manually turn on the fan, the heating cycle finished normally. I inspected the control board and found a burnt PCB trace at the heater fan relay.The replacement from this seller came within the week that I ordered it and included clear wiring instructions. This part has plastic clip-spacers that align with the BCC3 mounting holes in my furnace. It also has a coating on the rear PCB that will protect it from arcing to the metal mounting board, as my previous one did upon failure (see photos). Installation was easy, even for a DIYer such as myself.The seller included contact information in the package to enable support for the install, and promptly responded to my help request. I learned from them that burnt PCB traces can come from the board overheating when the fan draws too much current. Additionally, they suggested that blocked flow (such as a clogged AC condenser, a dirty filter, or too many closed vents) can exacerbate this failure mode.I am a very satisfied customer.

So my 23 yr old Lennox G20 w/Heat and Fan set to AUTO would SHUT OFF after a few minutes. (Heat and Fan ON still worked, however the FAN is quite loud in this mode and NEVER turns off). I had a local Furnace tech diagnose (for $100) and he said it was a common problem with these boards and it would have to be replaced. They wanted to charge $1,300 (part & labour) and reduced the price to $999 when I balked. Rather than pay that, I bought this board instead. If you know how to assemble a computer from parts, you can likely make this work. On day 1, I took pics, and labeled my cables. On day 2, I shutoff the power to my furnace and, w/replacement board in hand, it took 2 hrs to move the connections from the old board to the new board. Then I lit it up to test. I was sooo happy to make this work. Thanks Amazon for the quick delivery and thank you HVACRMART for sending me a working board.

The fan on my G20 Lennox furnace, from 1992, wouldn't shut off. Even after the house was warm, and the burners shut off, the fan would keep running. This board isn't an exact replacement (I don't think they make them anymore), but it was easy to install. Just take one wire off the original at a time, and put it on this board. Easy fix. The board arrived when they said it would, in Canada, and I'm satisfied with its performance. It's been a couple weeks and I've had no issues.

This control board was identical to the lennox bcc2 board in my old G20 furnace. Installation was fast and easy. Furnace works as it should again thankfully. Wish the sale would have been 2 weeks earlier, 49% off is a big deal. Still a world better than the repair guy quoting me $1300 to fix this.
