Love this skylight inner. Looks great, great quality and easy to install. One small issue I had that is my fault, the roof thickness on my RV is about 2" or slightly more. This inner will cover roof thicknesses maybe 1-1.5" without being able to see the strofoam from the sides of the roof cutout once installed as was the case with mine. I corrected it easily by taping a piece of thick plastic fabric cut into a 3" strip, around the inside edge of the dome part of the new skylight. Once installed, it hides the stryofoam and doesn't look too bad. Just check your room thickness before you order!

I bent metal to go around the opening so that the insulation and roofing would not be exposed. They need to make a inside trim ring to cover what can be seen from the inside.

It’s nice and as described I just wish it didn’t have the sticker the top side right in the middle. That’s about the dumbest thing ever. It’s hard to clean with messing up the clear finish

I would give it a 1.5 stars if they had it, but they don't. As the title says, it's what you were looking for, something low profile and different. With that being said, their Quality Department needs some new standards on which to go by. It's hard to tell in the pictures, but the shape of the clear plastic isn't an exact fit to the frame. In this industry, I would assume every inch of material counts. For the one I received, there was a good 1/2 inch overhang. And THEN, it didn't even stay together. It had already started to separate before I pulled it out of the box. So now I'm having to use my own double sided tape to secure it down and then reinstall it for the 2nd time. Good luck with yours!

My old one have some blur to it and hide all the inside of the roof and make the ligth softer. The new one is completely clear, you cannseenall the empty ugly space between the inner and outer parts, plus the sun hit you directly while you poo, not nice i had to waste extra money on window film.

Had to return it. It actually was just the right size for the existing cut-out, however they engineered the flange to be too skinny. The flange did not cover the old screw holes. I eventually purchased Premium Heavy Duty replacement interior skylight from Class-A-Customs on Amazon. It was a perfect match to the old skylight we removed.
