ICT Billet LS Drive By Cable Throttle Body Adapter / LS3 4 Bolt Intake to LS1 3 Bolt.This throttle body adapter will allow you to install a 3-bolt DBC LS throttle body onto a 4-bolt LS intake. For example, an LS2 or LS3 intake manifold.Compatible with intake manifolds up to 92mm. Does not work with 3-bolt drive by wire throttle body or LS4 intakes

Worked perfectly on tbss intake to put a 3 bolt truck style throttle body on, wish it would of come with the o-ring for the intake side but not a big deal

Fit right up on my NNBS/TBSS intake swap with my stock 3 bolt TB off my 00 Silverado 5.3 LM7. It does not come with the rubber gasket that sits in the intake so get your own.

Took three times to order the correct one. My fault 100%. Bolts up well but curious if cutout for IAC is big enough. I get some whistling from the throttle body that I didn't have before. Either way, it works.
