We bought 3 of these for Christmas and the kids loved them! Now they are teens/young adults, and it was challenging. I wouldn’t recommend this for younger kids unless they’re genius level. My kids may have used the included QR code for hints; I’m not sure lol. The online instructions for opening without solving (which my husband and I used to hide small gifts inside) were challenging on their own. The boxes are very nicely crafted with lots of intricate details. Takes a lot of patience and persistence but very rewarding in the end.

The slot where you place the final prize requires a bit of finesse to open, but overall the craftsmanship is pretty impressive. I was satisfied with the number of puzzles and level of effort required. I wish it were slightly bigger - some pieces are too small to comfortably handle.

The box is well made and beautiful. The puzzles are engaging and fun. I would definitely recommend for a puzzle enthusiast.

Bought this as a gift and it posed a fun challenge to the giftee. They enjoyed the experience, but we both agreed the prize inside could have been a little nicer, like maybe a small figurine or more than one card.(I know I could have switched the prize myself before gifting, but I was afraid of not remembering how to put the box back together afterwards!)I recommend it for the puzzle lover in your life. They'll enjoy the journey.

This is a great gift for our grandson to work with his father to spend quality time putting it together. It's turning out great, it does take some time and patience. Some pieces are very fragile but are mendable with glue. Our grandson loves challenges as does his dad. Very cool looking.

I liked them more than my nephews did.I had a lot of fun getting them apart so I could put the money inside of them, and hoped that my nephews would enjoy the experience as well. Unfortunately they decided to cheat, even though I thought ahead and removed all the QR codes (I gifted those to their mother to use against them as leverage for whatever she saw fit). I will stress that as difficult as these puzzles are, they are VERY well crafted and the level of detail in each piece is almost insane. I think they're also pretty to look at, even if they're not holding secrets. The chamber is perfect for holding cash, or a small enough thumb-drive with incriminating evidence on it (I'm not going to judge).

Fun to figure out BUT didn't take long and once it's done you know. For that reason, its a tad expensive. Very cool none the less.

Incroyable objet qui m'a émerveillé. Les divers objets en bois sont très bien découpés et permettent un plein divertissement. Cela m'a occupé deux heures et franchement je le conseille.

Ich habe Rätsel schon immer geliebt, allerdings bestehen die meisten physischen Rätsel nur daraus ein paar Ringe auseinander zu bekommen, daher habe ich mich echt gefreut, als ich über diese Boxen gestoßen bin.Die Davy Jones Box habe ich als Geschenk für jemanden gekauft und wir haben uns zu zweit daran gemacht sie zu knacken und hatten dabei jede Menge Spaß!Für jemanden der gerne rätselt ist diese Box zwar etwas zu leicht, trotzdem kann ich sie sehr empfehlen!Sie ist super verarbeitet und sieht auch als Deko hübsch aus :)

Kado voor iemand van 16, heeft er een uur over gedaan om het open te krijgen met veel plezier. Alleen dacht ik dat je iets in de kubus kon steken, maar de box gaat in drie lagen open, en je kan dan enkel iets kleins in de onderste laag verstoppen.Voor de rest heel tevreden, ook van de kwaliteit.

Really great puzzle box. Im a retard so i wouldnt have the skills enough to open that thing. But it was fun watching my wife try opening this while i give her ill advices and unhelpful tips.Took around 1 hour. Highly recommend
