Most other parchment papers are coated with Quilon - which is a chemical containing chrome, a heavy metal – and when incinerated, it becomes toxic and leaves trace elements in your baked goods. The reason why the majority of other brands use Quilon coated parchment paper is because the cost is substantially lower than using silicone coating. Like all our paper products, our Parchment Paper is totally chlorine-free, so no chlorine or chlorine derivatives are dumped into our lakes, rivers, and streams. This is by far the best nontoxic parchment paper that I particularly like to use. I usually get it at my local sprouts market, but it is way cheaper on Amazon. This is the only parchment paper that I feel safe, actually cooking and baking with it and serving it to my family. Not to mention it’s like really affordable on here and yeah, I’ve ordered it already about three times and I am going to be making another order soon cause I am almost out.

The parchment is great. I'm a repeat customer, but it wasn't protected in shipping and so the box is completely torn and unusable. I have to hang onto the roll and hand cut what I need. The box arrived completely destroyed and useless.

The paper is excellent. Frozen food doesn't stick to it and it performs well. The cutter works well. The box could be stronger. All-in-all, a good quality parchment.

This is one of my most used items in the kitchen. Makes cleanup a breeze. I also love that this product is not bleached, which is more eco-friendly and most likely healthier due to less chemical exposure.

Este papel pergamino funciona muy bien tanto para hornear en hornos eléctricos como en hornos de gas. Aguantó 2 horneadas sin ningún problema. Se manchó con leche, azúcar y huevo y nada de eso pasó a las charolas, éstas quedaron limpias. Lo volverÃa a comprar porque vale mucho la pena.

It's expensive but worth it. Things never stick to this stuff and it doesn't tear easily. If I couldn't buy this anymore I'd probably invest in some silicone liners. I couldn't go back to the cheap stuff
