Unable to directly contact the Seller and amazon Refund/ Return is for the whole set( incl Coils ! ) of which I only need the Plugs sent back. This much difference in a shorter Plug length will cause incorrect fuel ignition which will cause rough running engine along with poor gas mileage. Gave one star review as at least the Coils were the exact correct style/ size and with no engine computer error codes - Image : Left are Champion Plugs( which had to now go out and purchase a set ! ), center original Toyota Denso, and right are the NPAUT . . . Note : These are also the cheaper quality single iridium plugs, and not the high quality DFW( Double Fine Wire ! ) which have iridium on the top/ ground electrode as well( such as what were on the Denso and what are on the Champion ! ) . . .
