Help to resolve no start problem for your vehicle
If you turn the key, and the dash lights come on but the engine wont turn over, you may have a problem with your ignition switch actuator pin. There's a long series of small, delicate parts that traverse the steering column with the lock cylinder and the actual electrical switch. Should any one of these parts fail, 1995 - 2007 Chrysler, Dodge, Plymouth or Jeep vehicle won't start. Replace ignition switch actuator pin on time can fix no start or crank issue.
Work as good as the original and you don’t need to spend much money on replacing the complete steering column from the dealer.

Ended up returning it. Wouldn't go into the ignition switch. Was going to replace it because I was replacing ignition switch. Ended up using the old one.

Made cheaply, I tried to take a chance by getting this for the Jeep installation, but I had to go to the local parts store to find a high-quality part. During installation, it was unable to stay in place due to poor machining. The new local part fit as planned and without any problems; the cheap route was taken and a cheap part was obtained.
