Reading some of the reviews, I was a little nervous. I bought this for a 2012 Mini Cooper because the antenna on the car looked weird to me. This little antenna looks so cute and the reception is great!!

Unfortunately I end up buying these every three years. They don't last long in the heat, car washes and winter. But they are inexpensive and look great.

I listen to my phone so it was more for appearances since the og antenna was broke. None of the threads really fit right and had to use both rubber gaskets supplied to fill the space between the antenna and where it screws in. Still picks up stations so eh.

Cheap plastic thing that awkwardly goes together. Had to use the two rubber spacers that it came with. It looks dumb with the spacers. This could have been designed so much better. It's ridiculous.

I like that it came quick, it was very easy to install, and it looks great on my mini cooper S. I have the checkerboard pattern on my mini so i wanted to keep the theme going. It came sooner than expected and it was installed in under a minute. Buy it. Its so worth it.

Purchased for a 2013 mini after her antenna broke. Never considered it would be made of plastic with brass appearing connectors. It had many adapters and plastic washers/spacers which were not needed and it did fit. Simple install but no instructions included. The small top cap is metal. I doubt this will hold up in a car wash but she thinks it’s cute and she can still get reception on the radio.
