I always bought Imation cassettes, but in RWs, I stuck to SONY, even though a few disks would always not work (upload to computer)SONY's prices went up, Maxell's were HORRIBLE (the WHOLE pack did not work)So I tried Imation and have been surprisingly very very happy with themOnly 1 blip on one disk, I mixed it back in, so it could work fine the next timeBefore I was buying RWs every few months, due to them going bad (HOW does that even happen?), but so far, so very very good

This has to be one of the most dependable and long-lived DVD-RW discs in the business. Perfect and clean recordings every time and they can be used over and over without any worries. I highly recommend them. FYI, these are remakes of the old reliable TDK discs that Imation took over last year and they are just as good in every way.For the record and the uneducated in disc recording; If you really want to have a lot of good and flawless recordings on rewritable discs, you have to be meticulously clean with both the discs and the recording drive. If there is enough dust or debris on a disc or inside of a disc drive that you can see, you are in serious trouble!

product didnt format or record as good as the cheaper product, half the spool of discs were not good, i have a new dvd recorder, that way i knew the discs were bad, buyer beware,,

The third one worked. Don't know about the rest. Will add answer after used few more. I do know if the skipped step in making disc or not. If the get paid by piece work they would look faster and get paid a little more. Maybe quality check was or was not good.

I thought I was buying Imation 4x DVD-RW, What I got was Memorex DVD-RW. I have bought Imation in the past and they were able to Format & work, the Memorex ( which I just returned, previous order, won't Format & I have 2 different DVD recorders. The label, packaging and Discs are all Memorex, there is a little white sticker that says Imation with bar code ( these are not Imation)

I use these discs over and over, and they last quite a while before I have to start using a new one. I recommend them for anyone wants to re-use discs...they've saved me a lot of money.

They are very good quality. I've used them in Panasonic DMR-EH69, DMR-EH50 and Magnavox MDR535H recorders without any problem. I will buy more.
