FAQ for this iMESTOU Motorycle USB Charger Adapter
* What diameter handlebars can it fit?
-With rubber inserts, this USB to SAE phone charger can universally fit most handlebars with diameter 0.89"-1.25".
* Does this item with fuse in the cable?
-It's built protecting chip in the item. When using it, you will have to get a battery tender sae extension cable. Ordinarily, there should be a fuse built in that cable. (At least, iMESTOU SAE extension cables all built with fuse. You can get it in iMESTOU store.)
* What can we get in the package?

This does it perfectly. I extended a fused 12VDC SAE connector into the tourpac and stuck some Velcro on the charging body. The Velcro sticks reliably on to the inside of the tourpac.NOW, I have my 12 VDC outlet in the tourpac that can be 100% turned off when not needed so it won't discharge the battery like other models. Happy!

I needed a USB charger to power my gps on my KTM 500. This unit is small enough that I was able to mount it to my instrument panel behind the number plate. I can still reach the on/off button. So far it has held up to rain, washing, mud and dust. I did measure the current draw to make sure it would not drain my battery. When I turn the unit on using the button it draws a couple milli-amps which is the current used by the LED of the unit. When I turn the unit off it consumes zero so there is no chance of it running the battery down. Overall I am pleased with this.

The product failed 1 month after the return window. I loved that it has USB C and my 6' cable to my phone worked great. I loved that it has a on/off switch with a light for ease of viewing. When it was working I thought it worked awesome. I left my bike out in the rain (with the USB ports facing down) and forgot the cap and now it doesn't work. I've confirmed power to the device and swapped cables. It wasn't a heavy rain and expected it to be more resilient. If it worked I'd give it a 5 stars, given that it died quickly I'm giving 1 star.

The unit was easy to install, I used my trickle charger connection for the power, just recently did a 3800 mile trip and it worked perfectly

The SAE cable could stand to be at least 6" longer to help with routing to my motorcycle battery. I have to get an extender for it to reach where I routed my battery tender. Also, I need to get thicker rubber inserts to create a more snug hold around my 7/8" handlebar. The charger slides and rotates even when it's fully tightened.I can't speak to longevity/weatherproofing since I haven't been able to complete installation to use it yet, but it has all the features I wanted. USB-A and USB-C ports, and a button to toggle it on and off.

Worked fine first 2-3 weeks, but only intermittently since autumn reigns began…The description says something about a self-protection chip, so perhaps that's the route cause, but one way or another it's **not reliable enough for road-tripping***
