Battery life is awesome! Good size to do tree trimming. Nice weight and controllable. Very easy to use but remember it's a chain saw and bites hard. The extension poles are so nice to get up about 10ft comfortably. You can angle the saw to get in specific spots and made quick work of dead branches up in my tree! I put this to work right out of the box and cut ten 4-6 inch dead tree limbs down so quick. Cut everything up into manageable sizes and was surprised it lost 1 bar out of the 4 on the battery. Excellent battery life. Very functional, great speed, fantastic battery life! New favorite tool at home! Highly recommended

The new saw and pole is a great tool at a great price. My saw stopped working properly after a few uses. The saw would start but as soon as it started to cut it would stop as if it was over temperature. After contacting support through their email address I sent them some videos of what it was doing and they mailed me a new saw that has a new motor design. I guess the one delivered from Amazon was an older model. Great support and the new saw design is mush better!

Received it and followed start up instructions. Went to use it trimmed 6 branches now it doesn’t work. Junk

Very good mini chain saw and 3xtender. Tried it out today and it works. Mini saw was able to train branches up to 2 inches in diameter easily. The hand held is much easier to control and cuts easily. When using the extender the blade tends to get caught in between branches as it's harder to position and control. Once it gets going at the right angle it works great. The extender is heavier than the mini saw so you definitely have to be strong to handle it especially if the length is extended. The chain tended to get slack due to the constant grabbing but was easy to tighten up again after use. Battery attaches quite easily to both the chain saw and the extender. Overall I'm glad I got this primarily for my wife. Really cuts down the time it takes to prune the trees and bushes. Mini saw is great by itself. Once the extender comes into play be ready to use some muscles. 4 stars for this purchase due to the extender weight. Would buy again.
