We wanted an incense burner that would handle both cone and stick incense. This looked like it would do the job. And it does! The first one we got was missing the brass holder for stick incense. I did a return, explaining what was missing. We got a replacement the next day. It’s exactly what it says it is: a marble bowl with a felt base and a brass stick holder. It works fine with any type of incense, even those 18†jumbo sticks. (Don’t blow too hard on those though or you’ll tip them over.)Very nice. Elegant and inexpensive.

It looks great, it works great, and can be used for a variety of different incense sizes and thicknesses. The padded bottom doesn't really add much unless the burner is in a place that won't move. Since it's not attached, the bowl can slide off but it does protect the surface from the marble bowl.I like that it is wide so can hold lots of ashes and can be used for smudge sticks as well. It has a clean finish and looks elegant. If you have droopy incense, you can move the brass holder to accommodate for the droopiness. The multiple holes for holding incense is nice because it allows for multiple sticks to be burned, or to be prepared for sequential burning, not to mention accommodating different sizes.

I love burning incense when I'm doing meditation or reading. But the flat holder always made a mess when the ash fell. This one is not only really pretty--it's black marble--but super functional. I can fill the holder with 4 sticks and burn one after the other. The ash always falls right into the bowl. No mess. When the bowl gets full, I just dump the ash in the trash and wipe the bowl with a wet paper towel. Easy!I ended up buying three of these along with lots of sandalwood, palo santo, and especially frankincense by HEM. I highly recommend this incense holder!

Wanted a small, nice-looking (but not flashy) incense burner for a pet memorial. Mine arrived well packaged so no issue with cracks or breaks. Love the color and the size is perfect for what I needed.Catches the ashes perfectly as long as you adjust the placement of the gold holder to account for the size and angle of the incense stick. Perfect if you want to hold a couple sticks at time or different sizes.Design isn't going to wow or be eye catching. However, it has a simple beauty in the natural coloring.

I like that it has several different size holes so you can use different kinds of incense. Personally I use really thin ones so the small holes get used on mine and it works perfectly! Its stable. And the ash stays inside the dish as long as you line it up correctly. I haven’t had any problems so far at all. Which is nice since I was using a laying dish before and was worried about using a standing dish but I’m glad I made the change. The dish takes up less space and looks nicer in my opinion.

This marble tray is absolutely stunning and beautifully made—it adds such an elegant touch to any space. However, if you burn incense daily like I do, it can get messy quickly. Ash tends to spread, making cleanup a bit of a hassle. If you burn incense frequently, I’d recommend an enclosed burner instead. But if you only burn incense occasionally, this is a gorgeous piece that works well!
