Nitro Garage Tiles
  • Our Nitro Tiles are made up of durable Polypropylene

  • We ship tiles via FedEx for fast, reliable delivery. Orders usually ship within one business day. For orders of 12 packs or more, tiles will arrive in sheets of four tiles pre-connected. Please see our product photos for reference.

  • We suggest leaving a 3/4" space between your tiles and any obstruction to allow your floor to expand and contract with temperature fluctuations. For sun-exposed garages, we recommend using vented tiles near openings – they handle heat best.

5 hours to plan, 30 minutes to install, literally ! After all the nervousness from reading reviewers talking about breaking joints, difficulty in pulling these apart, packages arriving broken, we literally dropped these on the floor and stepped on them to lock them in place. Could not have been any easier ! The hooks and studs lock into place with a light pressure, no rubber mallet needed. Any that are still not fully "clicked" will eventually click into place when you drive or walk on them, trust me, we all had a lot of fun finding and stepping on them with the "click" as our brownie point ! You truly cant go wrong. My wife and son did most of this - I had to go get groceries, and they were done by the time I got back. These come pre-assembled in units of 4 (2 ft x 2 ft). While we ended up going with a pattern that did not require us to pull these apart into single units (1 ft x 1 ft), we did try it out to see, and it really was super-easy - just hold the two pieces like you were going to tear a piece of paper into two, and tear - the studs just pop off one by one. Most of the planning time was spent on making up a pattern on Excel that we all agreed on - I even set up formulae that counted the number of packs of each color we would need. We did end up overestimating and got left with a full box of grey. This was because we thought we would cut tiles for the 3 edges but ended up leaving the 3 inch border with no tiles. Too much work for too little benefit - with all the stuff back in place, you cant even see the edges, and this thing put together weighs roughly 250 lb, plus all our stuff along the edges - its not moving. If we find it does move in the long run, we can always place some 3/8" plywood pieces against the edge curb, under our stuff.Overall, I am so glad I did not try re-epoxying our floor and found this instead, by accident. The concrete surface is weak, and to grind it down + epoxy paint would be $3,000. And we would have to repaint every 4 or 5 years (due to moisture coming up through the slab). This was $1,400 or so, the tiles don't care about the condition of the concrete, it took a day to move out our stuff, wash the floor, lay the tiles, and move it all back in.If you order the edge pieces, be careful to pick the male or female ones - we got the ones with the hooks because we started from the garage door - so hooks on the leading edge for the tiles and the edge pieces. And it looks beautiful !

These tiles have been great I first looked at swissTrex like the rest of us and honestly my issue was their thickness, under normal circumstances their thickness would be a good thing and I am sure that they can take more static load but I I have an F150 parked on these tiles often and they don't move or deform. and let's be honest unless you are putting dump trucks in your garage these will do just fine. The 1/2in thickness was ideal because my door is right above the concrete slab and 1/2in is just enough clearance. they went together very easily with just a rubber mallet.

I bought these to put in my garage which doesn't drain very well and thus gets standing water from snow melt in the winter. Took everything out of the garage, epoxy-sealed the floor and then slapped these on top. Hopefully that'll giveus height so we're not standing in water getting in and out of the car in the winter, and my plan is to take the majority of 'em up in the summer rinse out the dirt, and put them back down. They went down easy, and look good on the floor. As others have said they come in 13" sheets of 4 tiles, so if you bought different colors and want to interleave you'll have to pull them apart. I was happy with blocks of 4 per color, though, so just put 'em down as is. Used a circular saw to cut the edge tiles, which seemed to work fine (albeit with a bit of melting on some edges).I put them down early this summer and so far they've held up well. The first row by the door will buckle a bit in the hot sun if I leave the door open, but luckily that isn't much an issue for me and they go back down as soon as the sun is off of them.Time will tell what they look like after a winter.

Very nice product. We bought them for our basement that sometimes gets some water. I came back to order two more boxes but they're out of the color I want. I hope they get them back. Very quick shipping. Order said Feb 1 but they came today, Jan 20th!! A great day in America BTW! :DRevised: I came back a day later and they had them stocked again! Delivery on a Sunday with FedEx.. Sweet! I bought two more boxes and may get one more next month! Thanks for the quick shipping. Don't hesitate to get these, easy to install and they look very nice.Back for more! This stuff is really nice. 52 pieces are not 4 pieces of 52 but 1 square of 52. They don't go real far that's why I'm back for my 5th box I believe! Worth it though. Thanks for the VERY QUICK shipping and I don't have prime!Just got another box today. I hope we're done. :) Super fast shipping. Thank you. These have been great in our basement on the old floor, makes it look so much nicer!
