Installation of this lock is fairly quick and easy, it has a very smooth movement, the finish is soft but very tough and easy to clean, it’s a simple lock and unlock method, and, everybody really likes the access sign. Many people giggle and say this feature reminds them of the bathroom locks on airplanes.It feels like a very expensive high quality commercial lever lock so, I definitely recommend it.

The vague instructions say to turn the rose crown clockwise off to expose the screw holes for mounting...the cover does not come off. At all. Waste of money!

I love these door handles. Sure, my generic round knobs were fine for a home handle, but they could only open, close, lock. It was always missing that one thing that completes a door handle, the Vacancy sign!!Never again will I twist the locked handle and startle the person on the other side doing something private, like using a toilet or whatever. This sign gives the visitor a heads up to come back later, this room is occupied.It's a bit pricey but a nice novelty that truly works. The installation is simple, fast, and there's a bunch of tutorials online for anyone stuck.

This was extremely easy to install and works perfectly! I love that it shows when the bathroom is in use and vacant. Had a nice weight to it and seems very sturdy and durable. Overall super happy with this product!

Keeps out the riff riff while you re doing your business. Heavy constructed and doesn't feel cheap, only took a minutes to install in a commercial door.
